Balsam Tool designs and engineers tooling for durability and ease of maintenance to ensure longer die life and quality parts. Each new tooling project goes through a design review, with a team consisting of Engineering, Tool room, Quality and Production. This ensures that all objectives are met at every stage of the project, regardless of size or complexity.

Customers can come to us with only a sample part, and with the use of our CAD programs and knowledgeable staff can fully digitize your part. This enables us to create a part drawing or CADKEY model...the first step in bringing your concept to reality.
